Will you pay me? – Me pagarías?

Mateo 26:14-16

(GW):  Then one of the twelve apostles, the one named Judas Iscariot, went to the chief priests. He asked, “What will you pay me if I hand him over to you?”  They offered him 30 silver coins. From then on, he looked for a chance to betray Jesus.

One needs to be really angry and turned off by a friend to betray him/her!  Who do not want money to be able to pay their bills and enhance projects? But, do we really love money so much that we lose our commitment and covenant with a friend? Does one need to have a lot!  The problem, as I see it, is not that one have or need money, but the greed that one exhibits.  How many will sell a friend for a few minutes of fame?  Will you?

Lord, keep me grounded!  Let me remember my commitment and covenant with my friends and your people.
